Jay was a one year old rogue BC when circumstances landed him at Riverbank Farm. Matt had not intended to keep him when he arrived, but after a few days it was apparent that Jay needed stability and understanding, so Matt became his 6th and final home. Jay was just a couple of days beyond his first birthday and had an intense history of multiple owners and bad habits of escaping and chasing cars. Once he had an opportunity to work livestock, he found his purpose in life. Jay has an amazing ability to cover livestock and to this day, at age 12, he frequently assists in moving the livestock to pasture. He is known as "crazy Jay", but he is a kind soul and hard worker.
